Beginning Quilt The nest beginning quilt class will begin Wednesday, July 6 or Saturday, July 9 from 10AM—1PM.
Blocks of the Month We have 2 new Blocks of the Month this year. One is called Pocket Calendar Quilts and can be made as a table runner, a wall hanging or assembled into a lap size quilt. It is held on the first Wednesday of each month from 1-4 PM.

The second Block of the Month is called The Warm Hearts Quilt and measures 90” x 100” when finished. This BOM will start on January 22, 2011 from 1-4 PM. We will have the sample up very soon but I do have a picture.

Applique Nova is offering a new class in appliqué which is a smaller, individual piece that can be used as a wall hanging or pillow as you choose. This will be starting Monday, Monday, June 6 and 13 from 10-1.

Announcing
Mom and Child Nova has developed a great beginning project for children who are interested in learning to sew. They will start with a pillow case for their bed and we’ll see where it goes from there. It will be June 25 from 2-4PM and promises to be an experience for both Mom and Child.

Pop Top Jacket I am again offering this wonderful jacket class 11 and 18 from 11AM—4PM. This is a very fast and easy project and dresses up or down depending on the fabric chosen.

Machine Applique Some sewers are intimidated by machine appliqué so I decided to offer a class to teach the technique for this very useful skill. It can be applied to so many different projects like the Oven Mutts (samples supplied), to quilt borders and blocks, jacket and shirts. The possibility just goes on.
This class will be offered from 10AM—1 PM, Friday, June 17.
